Grub worms, the larvae of June beetles, have a three-year life cycle. In North Texas, the beetle lays eggs in lat...

    Hi Ken. Came across your video. I live in San Antonio & had irrigation system put in early this year around my foundation. With us now in a heat wave in triple digits do you still recommend running 10 min per day or should the time be increased? I thought 30-45 minutes 2-3 days per week was the norm?

  • @mistryfamly
    @mistryfamly 21 день назад

    mow more often. once per week. then you won't see it. it mixes just fine with the grass. that's the only practical answer for me....

    2:11 the red oak tree called quercus shumardii. I planted one of my quercus shumardii in south central Texas last year. during periods of hot and dry i watered frequently like 4 or 5 days a week cause no rain back on last summer. Thankfully survived. Last fall watching my tree colors changed and wow so beautiful!

    Our Carrisa Holly bushes were damaged during the terrible cold wave a few years ago, I was ill last year and not able to do anything to them. This year, the green is coming back, altho terribly misshapen. There are a lot of dead limbs and twigs on them. What is the best thing to do? I have been trimming off the dead pieces, but that shape!!! I do not typically do well with landscaping, but am willing to try. I would appreciate your input. I live in rural West Tennessee

    Before you start with solid fertilizers, just use a liquid soil biostumulant of Humic+Kelp+Fulvic and some baby shampoo once a month and it should help the lawn sustain and recover faster.

    We recommend that you water one ten-minute burst one day per week during the winter. This is what users want to know. Many gardening contents just B.S. with technical B.S. and waste people's time. Please note that not everyone is a landscape expert and they just want to get a straight answer.

      You would need to use micro-spray irrigation for your pots, the drip hoses are meant to be on the ground. Yes, the system is attached to an irrigation controller.
